However, an interviewer can ask you items that could hinder
your ability to fulfill the job's requirements, such as "Are
you eligible to work in the United States?" or "Have
you ever been convicted of a crime?"
- Did you know that Florida is an "at-will" state?
This means that an at-will employee may be terminated for any
reason. That is, as long as the reason is not illegal.
