Traditional Rental & Property Management Package

Here is what you receive with our Traditional Rental Package:

  • RENT ME FLORIDA does brand marketing in print, internet and other various media on a local, national and international level
  • Listing on over ten rental websites - Including Craigslist
  • Listing on our RENT ME FLORIDA website  which includes digital pictures we take at the initial visit of your property
  • RMF's rental signs  placed on the property (when permitted)
  • RMF will place a combination lockbox on the property
  • Answer all lead telephone calls and internet correspondence in a timely manner
  • Interview all prospective tenants
  • Show the property and keep owner advised of relevant activity
  • Obtain completed rental applications from prospective tenants
  • Perform credit, criminal background and reference checks
  • Assist in preparing lease for you and tenant to sign
  • Collect first month's rent along with security payment and and other deposit(s) from tenant on behalf of owner
  • Provide "Welcome Letter" to tenant with tenant tips
  • Provide Tenant Reward (Mini Vacation) as incentive to rent property
  • Receive monthly rental payment on behalf of owner
  • Perform collection notice service in the event that the rental payment is late
  • Perform final walkthrough when tenant vacates property

Property Management Service -

  • Answering service calls from tenant(s)
  • Communicate with tenant for details
  • Contact RMF service vendor or owners designated service vendor on behalf of guest and owner
  • Service vendor contacts guest to discuss problem or repair
  • Service vendor contacts owner to discuss repair and make arrangements for payment directly from owner to vendor

Collection Notice Service -

  • Contact the tenant via telephone to inform that the rent is overdue, and inquire as to when payment will be received by owner
  • Follow up with a late payment notice letter including notice that any applicable late payment penalty amount is now owned
  • A second call and letter will follow if the rent payment is not received by owner within five (5) business days after the date of the first call or letter
  • A final letter is sent to inform the tenant that they need to contact the property owner directly to make arrangements to move in order to avoid legal action.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The eviction process is the owner's responsibility and a legal process and should you choose to evict a tenant, a Florida Attorney should be contacted by you. All attorney fees are separate and are not included in the RMF monthly charges for collections services.
